- In order to ensure therapist came on time, please follow below procedure:
- Please confirm with the hotel/villa if private massage therapists are allowed inside for the massage prior to booking this voucher
- Please refer to the following list of hotels/villas that do not accept such services. This list is non-exhaustive
- Please inform checked-in guest name in to the hotel upon check out
- Please inform hotel’s receptionist that you have appointment with therapist at specified date and time
- No refunds will be issued if the therapists arrived late or are not allowed inside the hotel/villa because booking procedure was not followed
