Availability:

• Available: Fridays: Departs 7.15pm (September – February) or 7.30pm (March – August)
• Not valid: Sunday – Thursday
• Departure/Return Point: The Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort – 2169 Kalia Rd Honolulu HI 96815. Please head into the resort towards the front desk and into the retail spaces
• Please check-in at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Guests will be escorted from the check-in location to the boat for boarding 15 minutes before departure

Important:

• Please allow up to two hours for the entire experience
• Transfers are not included. Validated parking is available at Embassy Suites Hotel from US$8 for four hours
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; motion sickness tablets are provided on board
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Gratuities are not included in ticket price. Sail Holokai recommends a 15–20% for crew members

Terms & Conditions:

• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Sail Holokai for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer

Cancellations:

• Groups of 1–8 people: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply. 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows
• Groups of 9+ people: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply. 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows
• All guests must contact Sail Holokai directly to cancel your reservation via phone at: (808)-922-2210 or via email reservations@sailholokai.com. If you have a medical emer gency less than 24 hours prior to your reservation, please call them to cancel and for details on how to receive a refund
• A “No Show, No Call’ on a reservation forfeits your right to receive a refund or rebooking and the full amount of the activity will be charged
