• Please arrive at your departure location no less than 30 minutes prior to flight. Check-in commences 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. A safety briefing will commence prior to the flight
• Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully

• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Island Aviation
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Passengers aged 2+ are legally required to occupy their own seat. A child fare is applied to children aged 2–11, provided at least two adults are travelling on the flight
• Subject to conditions, children under 2 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. For bookings of more than one infant (0–1), please contact Island Aviation as aviation conditions apply
• Please note, the temperature in the plane will be similar to outside. Please dress accordingly
• Please allow up to one hour for this experience, including safety briefing

Terms & Conditions:

• Flights require a minimum booking of two adults to proceed
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• A luggage weight limit of 15kg per person applies. Luggage over 5kg must be made aware to Island Aviation prior to check-in. Luggage over 15kgs can be arranged by notifying Island Aviation staff directly prior to departure date
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Island Aviation. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Island Aviation requires passengers to provide individual passenger weights. If an individual passenger’s weight exceeds 110 kg please inform Island Aviation directly prior to departure
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• Island Aviation will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Island Aviation works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both
• If passengers have dangerous goods, they must declare them prior to departure
• Island Aviation is proudly pest-free. All aircraft are licensed by the Department of Conservation and the Auckland Council to visit pest-free islands in the Hauraki Gulf. Please prepare for your trip by being alert for stowaways such as Argentine ants, rainbow skinks, soil, seeds, mice or rats. Prior to departure, please check that your bags are clean and free of stowaways and seal them tightly immediately after packing; make sure all food is packed at sourced and sealed in pest-proof containers, ensure cardboard boxes are closed and taped and thoroughly check any camping gear or overnight gear for stowaways
