Changes to Booking

72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional meals, drinks and hotel transfers
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please allow up to five hours for this experience, including travel time
• Children must be aged between under 14 to participate in this experience. All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Access to some areas may be restricted, depending on conditions of the National Park
• If a tour does not operate for any reason, such as not reaching minimum numbers, adverse weather conditions, or for any operational or other reasons outside of the vendor’s control, then the customer will be offered an alternative day to travel, a credit note valid for 12 months or a full refund at the discretion of Go West Tours
• Pick-up is at 12.30pm from Tom Price Visitors Centre (drop-off at approximately 5.30pm) and 12.45pm from Tom Price Tourist Park (drop-off at approximately 5.15pm)

• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Tours are seasonal and do not operate all year round
• Go West Tours reserves the right to amend itineraries without prior notice in the event of situations outside of our control, such as, but not limited to weather, forces of nature, pandemic situations and other operational reasons.
