Cruises are non-refundable. If you miss your departure, guests scheduled for the one-hour Golden Gate Bay Cruise® are welcome to simply hop on the next departure that same day or any time within the same year
Changes to Booking
48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

- Departure Point: San Francisco cruises depart from Pier 43 1/2, located in the heart of Fisherman’s Wharf at the end of Taylor Street (across the street from the famous Fisherman’s Wharf Crab Wheel)
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Boarding is on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you miss your departure, guests are welcome to hop on the next departure that same day
Important:
- Parking validation is not available
- The enclosed main decks of all vessels are wheelchair accessible. All vessels, aside from the Harbor Queen, have wheelchair-accessible restroom facilities
- The ramps leading on and off the vessels vary in steepness depending on tide levels. While the crew will make every attempt to assist guests, boarding can be difficult, particularly during low tide
- The Golden Gate Bay Cruise departures between 1.15pm and 3.45pm tend to be the busiest of the day. For a more peaceful experience, Red and White recommends hopping on a cruise before or after that time
- Cruises proceed in rain or shine. Only on the rarest of occasions do are cruises cancelled due to inclement weather conditions
- Food and drinks are not included
