• From 3 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable

• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 3 days before your chosen date) - 100% Cancellations:

• Cancellation within 24 hours – no refund and reschedule not permitted

• Cancellation within 48 hours - 24 hours – 50% cancellation fee, reschedule permitted

• Cancellation within 72 hours – 48 hours – 25% cancellation fee, reschedule permitted

• Cancellation within 72 hours or over – 5% cancellation fee, reschedule permitted

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability. All group bookings require a 7-day notice prior to departure for cancellation

• Departure Point: You must meet your guide at Dock 1, Stokes Hill Wharf at least 30 minutes prior to your tour start time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Please respect the guide and the directions given on tour. You are responsible for the jet ski you are riding
• It is mandatory that all customers must read, write and understand English to be eligible to participate
• Participants are not allowed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol at any time while on jet skis

• An additional passenger on one jetski can be arranged directly with 00Seven Jet Ski Adventures for a surcharge from $59, payable directly to 00Seven Jet Ski Adventures. Passengers aged 10–15 can ride if they are accompanied by a driver aged 18+
• Please note that the time and distance of tours may vary depending on numerous factors such as weather conditions, water conditions, rider ability and traffic conditions. Depending on the time of the year (peak or off-peak) and tidal movements, the routes of tours may also change
• Weight Restrictions: Not to exceed 200 kg including rider and passenger combined

• Weather: 00Seven Jet Ski Adventures operate in most weather conditions. Should unfavourable conditions be imminent due to storms or extreme conditions, all reasonable steps will be taken to reschedule the booking. Should this not be possible, a full refund will be provided
• No spins, 360’s, attempting to spray other jet skis with or deliberately trying to throw off passengers at any time during this tour

Terms & Conditions:

• The driver of the Jetski is responsible for controlling their jetski in a safe manner. By signing the waiver prior to your tour, you agree that your credit card details will be used to recover up to $5000 required to repair the damaged equipment
• Option: Adventures provides customers the opportunity to purchase Insurance cover for an additional $25 which covers DAMAGE ONLY for the first $2500 caused by the driver

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
