Changes to bookings

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Tropic Tours discourages the use of insect repellent and sunscreens. These chemicals can be harmful to the natural environment

Terms & Conditions:

• Children must be aged 4—17 to participate in this experience. Children under 4 may attend free of charge – please advise at the time of booking. All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide a valid ID upon request
• Children aged 0–17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18+)
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Please note, public holiday surcharges are not included and need to be confirmed with Tropic Tours at the time of booking
