After a quick market run and a traditional tea snack, you’ll roll up your sleeves and dive into the art of Balinese cooking — think fragrant spice pastes, seafood curry, satay and crispy fried rice. Local chefs lead the way with warmth and humour, making sure you leave full of food, stories and skills. It all wraps up with a beachfront lunch and a certificate to prove you didn’t just eat your way through Bali — you cooked it, too.
