  • Full name for each passenger (If children of infancts are part of your booking, please provide date of birth)
  • Lead passenger phone number
  • Any dietary requirements
  • Pick-up hotel if required (please note that pickup is from select hotels and noted in the inclusions)
• After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date to your nominated email address. Please note this is not your ticket.
• Tickets for all guests are available on a first-come-first-served basis
• Luxury Escapes will confirm your booking and issue your ticket within one day following receipt of traveller details
• Tickets will be issued for the date selected upon purchase, please select your date carefully, exchanges and refunds are not available

• This experience is non-refundable

• Cash or credit card for beverages not included in day trip pricing

• Swimwear (best to have it on before your board as there is limited changing space)

Important:

• Infants four years and under are not permitted
• Family Passes where shown are valid for up to two adults and up to three children up to 15 years inclusive
• Complimentary coach transfers are provided for selected day trips from most Nadi, Wailoaloa, Denarau hotels/resorts. All courtesy coach transfers must be pre-booked
• Coral coast includes Bayview Cove Resort; Double Tree Resort; Crows Nest Resort; Marriot Resort Momi Bay; Intercontential Fiji Golf Resort & Spa; Naviti Resort; Outrigger Fiji Resort; Shari-la Yanuca Island; Warwick Fiji
• Should guests miss the courtesy coach transfers, they will need to find their own way to/from Port Denarau at their own cost. Please refer to the South Sea Cruises website (under Resort Connections) for the coach timetables
• At times South Sea Island may be closed for Charters
• Children under eight are required to wear a lifejacket at all times while on the day trip (these are provided)

Terms and Conditions:

• Prices are on a per-person basis and include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT). If any amendments are made by the Fiji Government to the VAT and/or ECAL (and/or any new taxes) during this contract period, South Sea Cruises reserves the right to reissue the Rate Agreement in line with the official government policy to reflect any such changes
• All cruises are subject to sea and weather conditions, particularly in the interest of passenger and crew safety. If weather and sea conditions become unfavourable South Sea Cruises reserves the right to offload customers to another South Sea Cruises vessel for their comfort and safety as opposed to completing the day aboard the scheduled service
• South Sea Cruises reserves the right to alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, and vary itineraries and services if necessary

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to bookings cannot be accommodated

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
