• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to your departure time
• Bookings valid to 4 December 2024

Important:

• Hotel transfers are not included in this experience, please meet at the specified pick-up point
• Any food and drink not specified are not included. Any excess amount will need to be purchased on the day from the vendor(s)
• Whilst the carriages offer some weather protection, this is a predominantly outdoor activity and you should dress in weather-appropriate clothing
• Infants under 12 months of age are free of charge, however, please specify at the time of booking
• The carriages can carry a maximum of 10 passengers
• Please allow up to one hour for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide a valid ID upon request
• Passengers must comply with weight capacity limits for the carriages. Total weight limit for each carriage is as follows: Wagons - 700kg, Victoria Carriages - 250kg, Landau Carriages - 450kg, Brougham Carriages - 250kg. Should your group exceed these weight total weight capacities, please contact Hunter Valley Classic Carriages directly on 0456193097 or email admin@huntervalleyclassiccarriages.com.au to discuss alternatives
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times during the experience
• To maintain a safe and enjoyable service, our drivers may need to make on-the-spot decisions to reroute or modify plans in response to hazards, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. While this is uncommon, our drivers prioritize ensuring a safe and pleasant experience
• In the unlikely event of unsafe weather conditions, we may decide to transfer your tour to our bus, if available. If no other option is feasible, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In such cases, we will provide a certificate to reschedule your tour for a later date or, at our discretion, refund up to 75% of the booking price, depending on the circumstances and logistics involved
