• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 12 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• Not valid: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2025
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return shared transfers are available from central Dubai hotels. Please advise accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Exclusions: Gratuities, meals and drinks
• This is a shared tour, meaning you will share your experience with other guests
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s) visited
• Departure times may vary according to pick-up location. Elevate DMC will be in touch one day prior to departure date to confirm pick-up time and location
• Please note, additional charges may apply for pick-up/drop-off outside central Dubai area
• Please allow up to eight hours for this experience, including travel time

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–11. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
