Important:

• This tour is operated by Nautilus Aviation in partnership with the team at Wildlands Wetlands Safaris
• Flying time for all Wetlands options is approximately 60 minutes. Airboat Tour is 45 minutes in duration and the Safari Cruise is 90 minutes
• All wetlands tours include bottled water. Light lunch is also included on the Wetlands Discovery Tour
• Minimum age for airboat tour is 4
• With fluctuations in world oil prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Children aged 3+ are legally required to be seated in their own seats and are therefore required to pay the full ticket price. Subject to conditions, children under 3 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. • Individual passenger weights and accompanying carry-on luggage MUST be advised upon booking. Weight variances greater than 10% may incur an additional fee. Maximum single seat payload of 130KG. For passenger comfort and aircraft weight and balance, passengers exceeding 130KG are required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of ticket price - this is non-commissionable and payable to Nautilus Aviation on the day of travel
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. Minimum of 2 passengers required for all packages and tours. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full payment is made – unless credit facilities have previously been arranged
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability
• In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Nautilus Aviation will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Nautilus Aviation works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise.
