• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• It is recommended to pre-book your transport to/from the vineyard as the area is not regularly serviced by taxis and Uber can be difficult to book at the last minute
• The Lane Vineyard has a strict no BYO policy. No food or beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into the estate for consumption
• Guests are not permitted to walk through the vines to avoid the spread of disease and pests
• While on the property, please be aware of your surroundings as heavy machinery may be in use and snakes may be seen in summer months
• Please allow up to three hours for this experience

• In the event of a catastrophic fire danger warning, The Lane Vineyard will be closed to all staff and public. In the event of a “watch and act” warning, The Lane Vineyard will evacuate all staff and customers
• Should your booking be cancelled due to fire danger, The Lane Vineyard will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to explain the re-booking procedures
