- Please arrive 15 minutes before your Turtle Hospital Tour start time
Important:
- Exclusions: Food, drinks, additional tours, merchandise
- NO Flash Photography and no touching the sea turtles, as this may harm their recovery
- General Admission is included in your ticket
- Lifts, escalators and accessible toilets throughout the attraction
- If you are unable to walk onto the viewing deck, you can still see the turtles in the tank through a viewing window
- Free wheelchair hire is available

- General Admission tickets are valid for one day entry only. To enable re-entry on same day, visitors must retain entrance ticket to show to Admissions counter
- Companion Cards are not accepted for this experience
- Seniors must have valid Australian Seniors Card to present at time of entry
- All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18+) at all times
- Infants aged 0–2 may attend for free but must be noted at time of booking. If you are bringing an infant on the tour, please be advised that there are no loud noises near sick or injured sea turtles in the hospital, so you may be asked to leave the hospital area in the event of loud noise
