• Please note, Diamond Tours bookings fill up quickly – book early to avoid disappointment

Important:

• Please be ready to depart 10 minutes earlier than pick-up time
• No food or drinks can be consumed in the vehicle
• Return transfers are not included. Guests must make their own travel arrangements from Circular Quay after ferry ride
• Basic level of fitness is required
• Food, drinks and optional gratuities are not included
• Please allow up to nine hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Maximum group size per tour is 21 people
• Tour itineraries, routes, vehicles, and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than four (4) days before departure date: 50% cancellation fees applies
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
