- Pick-up/Drop-off Point: Station Information Centre, Cnr Camp and Shotover Streets, Queenstown
- Please arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes before departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

- Hotel transfers are not included
- Altitude Tours does not have any facilities to lift guests into their vans. Please contact Altitude Tours directly to discuss your requirements and they will do their best to accommodate you
