Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to tour departure date will result in a full refund (minus the credit card fee charged if applicable)
Cancellations made between 48–72 hours prior to tour departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 25%
Cancellations within 48 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee
Changes to Booking
72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

- Not valid: Sunday – Friday and public holidays. Blackout dates apply including 12 June, 29 September, 7 November, 25–26 December, 1 & 26 January, and 1, 13, 29 & 31 March 2024
- Bookings valid to 31 March 2026
- Pick-up/Drop-off Point: Return transfers from Melbourne CBD hotels are available on request – please advise of your hotel location at time of booking. For those staying outside the city, pick-up and drop-off point is Russell St Extension, behind Federation Square. Please call (03) 9372 7636 to confirm your pick-up details 48 hours before the tour departure

Terms & Conditions:
- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
- Additional food and drinks are not included in the tour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to vendors
- Itineraries are flexible depending on the shopping requests of guests. Show Me Melbourne reserves the right to alter itineraries, vehicles and days of operation as required
- Minimum group size for tour is four people. If the minimum number of bookings is not reached you will be offered an alternate date or a full refund
