Changes to Booking

4 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Wear comfortable swimwear to use the sauna facilities

• Available every day: 6pm–9pm (final booking time). Please arrive 10 minutes before your session

• When you arrive at the spa, the receptionist will explain your scheduled treatment and you will be asked to complete a Spa Consultation Form. Please take the time to answer all the questions thoroughly and let them know if you have any medical conditions or concerns
• Disposable underwear, slippers and robe are provided for use during your session
• Late arrival will shorten treatment time
• Individual results may vary
