• Departure Point: 2046 Callington Rd, Strathalbyn SA 5255
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled flight time

• Exclusions: Transfers, meals and drinks
• Please note: A minimum of two passengers is required to book, a maximum of three passengers applies
• All passengers must adhere to weight restrictions as specified by South Australian Helicopters. A maximum individual weight of 130kg, maximum combined weight of 3 passengers is 270kg, failure to comply may result in refusal of service without a refund
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on circumstances such as the nature of the terrain, unseasonable weather and national park closures. In such conditions, touring may be altered with little or no notice
• Passengers must adhere to all regulations and safety instructions provided by South Australian Helicopters
• South Australian Helicopters may capture photographs and videos during flights for promotional purposes. Passengers consent to the use of their likeness in such materials unless otherwise specified in writing

Terms & Conditions:

• Flights are subject to weather conditions and safety considerations. South Australian Helicopters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights if weather conditions or safety concerns arise. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative flight time or refund
• South Australian Helicopters is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from a customer’s negligence, disregard of safety instructions, or failure to comply with these terms and conditions
• All care is taken but no liability will be accepted for damage to personal items. For lost property, please contact the office from where you departed
• Customer information including full name, weight, telephone number and email address is required for all reservations and will be retained by South Australian Helicopters in accordance with their privacy policy
• Passenger is required to make contact in the event of adverse weather conditions, rescheduling, cancellation, or lost property

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
