• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Available every day: Departs 2pm; returns 7pm (approximately)
• Not valid: National holidays including 24 December 2023 – 2 January 2024, 8–10 April 2024, 15 & 16–18 June 2024, 7 July 2024, 15 September 2024 and 1–2 December 2024
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available from Abu Dhabi hotels. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no shows voids voucher

Important:

• Please allow up to 4.5 hours for this experience, including travel time
• During Ramadan period, there will be no entertainment and no alcohol available at the desert camp
• Gratuities are not included in this tour
• Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference
• Your tour includes unlimited soft drinks – alcoholic drinks are not included, but are available for purchase at desert camp
• This is a join-in tour and transfers may be with other guests
• One 4WD will hold up to six passengers during Dune Safari experience
• Tour is not recommended for guests with back problems, heart problems, serious medical conditions or pregnant women
