• Washrooms are available at several locations
• This is a walking tour on level and paved walkways. The average walking distance is under 1.5 kilometres, broken into short walks between restaurants
• The tours generally finish about a kilometre from where they started. If the weather is poor the vendor will provide transport
• Each restaurant visit is approximately 40 minutes’ duration before moving on to the next restaurant. Please allow up to four hours for the entirety of the tour
• Please mention any dietary requirements you have upon booking, and confirm this with your guide at the start of the tour
• Vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, shellfish-free and allergies can be catered for. Unfortunately, diets that are onion-free, vegan, halal or kosher cannot be catered for

• Children must be aged 6–16 to participate in this experience. Children under 6 may attend free of charge – please advise at the time of booking. All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Darwin Gourmet Tour abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
