- Pick-up/drop-off point: Return transfers (including island ferry) are available from select Adelaide CBD hotels or Adelaide Central Bus Station. Please advise of your preferred location at time of booking
- Make sure to choose the departure location that is nearest to you and arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
- Ferry rides are subject to change depending on weather conditions and may be cancelled at discretion for passenger and crew safety
- Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
- Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
Cancellations:
- More than 30 days before departure: cancellation fees equal to A$50 per person, with any remainder of paid fares refunded
- Between 7 and 30 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee applies
- Between 24 hours and 7 days before departure: 80% cancellation fee applies
- Less than 24 hours before departure, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
Changes to Booking:
- 30 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply
- Only the passengers named at the time of booking are permitted to travel. You must not transfer a ticket or booking to another person(s) without the operator’s knowledge and authority. If the operator agrees to transfer a booking, additional fees may apply
